HuiHui Cheng
HuiHui Cheng (China, 1985) is a Chinese composer currently living in Stuttgart. Following her studies in composition, she specialized in electronic music composition at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Stuttgart under Piet Johan Meyer and Marco Stroppa. Huihui’s compositions question vocal music and the theater, notably modes of articulation and the acoustic volume of the voice. She was the winner of the Isang Yun international composition competition in 2011.
