Biography
Electromechanical engineer of Ghent University, specialized in automation. He wrote his master’s thesis about nonlinear model predictive control at the Institute for Systems Theory and Automatic Control of the University of Stuttgart. Subsequently, he pursued the master ATIAM, during which he did a research internship about the identification of systems modelled by Volterra series in the S3AM team. As a PhD student, he now applies automation to instrumental acoustics, and works more precisely on the control of gong type musical instruments.
